To meet these requirements, manufacturers are being forced to use more 2L rated refrigerants that increase the flammability rating of these refrigerants. This increase in flammability requires more safety precautions during design that impact mechanical and other disciplines, including architectural. This session covers the outlook of the GWP requirements and provides insight into the new requirements due to these increased flammability requirements.
