Program Overview

Join us for presentations sharing insight into the process of creating 2026 CRANawards winning projects. 

  • Michael Rogovin, Terry Boling Architect LLC talks about Milton Street Residence, winner of the New Custom Home – Contemporary award. 

  • Sanyog Rathod, AIA, Sol design + consulting discusses Spring Green Townhomes, winner of a Multi-Unit Housing award. 

Through project walkthroughs and discussion, attendees will gain insight into how site conditions, program requirements, density, materiality, and client goals informed the design process across both custom residential and multifamily housing typologies. The program will also explore the technical and conceptual challenges encountered throughout design and construction.
