The following meetings, conferences, and professional development opportunities are currently open for registration: AIA Conference on Architecture (June 4-7 in Boston, MA). Save the date for AIA Ohio’s Conference INTEGRATE: Connecting People, Ideas, & Spaces on September 25 and 26 in Columbus (submit a session by June 15). The 2025 REBUILD Conference will be October 2 (presentation submissions accepted through May 30). The annual NOMA Conference will be October 8-12, 2025 in Kansas City, MO; early bird registration ends June 2. AIA’s Women’s Leadership Summit is November 3-5, 2025 in Atlanta GA (session proposals accepted through June 6).

Urban Design Committee Tour: Hard and Soft – Great Gathering Spaces in Cincinnati’s Core
AIA Cincinnati and ASLA Cincinnati are pleased to present a walking tour of two recently completed gathering spaces in Cincinnati’s core: Court Street Plaza and Ziegler Park. Space is limited. Register early.

Urban Design Salon: Zoning Ordinance Update
John Yung, A.I.C.P., will start the conversation with a presentation which will summarize proposed City of Cincinnati zoning changes, as well as the arguments for and against them. Register.

Salon: The Brent Spence Bridge Project Reimagined
This salon will explore effects of the Brent Spence Bridge project on local communities in Cincinnati and Kentucky, including traffic, the extent of demolition and clearance of existing neighborhoods and buildings along with other anticipated outcomes. 1.5 LU/HSW. Register.

Connectivity: A New Era of the Western Hills Viaduct
This virtual round table discussion featuring city officials, the design team, and experts on community health and urban design will dive into the design of the new Western Hills Viaduct bridge and the site constraints the design team and City are addressing. Register.
