Recent Project Success: Sycamore Trails Park
Our award-winning Landscape Architecture Studio led the master planning of Sycamore Trails Park, City of Miamisburg’s largest and most cherished public green space, to unify its north and south sections into a cohesive, accessible recreational campus.
The design integrates key natural features like Sycamore Creek, wetlands, springs, and steep wooded hillsides, while overcoming complex terrain with a new central drive and bridge. This new spine, along with a trail connection navigating steep grades, connects the entire park for the first time in its history.
The redesigned northern section features a nature-based theme with a revitalized disc golf course, fishing pond, playground, shelters, restrooms, and an interactive learning area powered by preserved natural springs. The southern section was transformed into a premier sports and recreation hub, featuring new courts, a fitness-focused playground, picnic and shade shelters, and a realigned entry.
Guided by community input and ecological sensitivity, Sycamore Trails Park has been reimagined as a cohesive, inclusive, and vibrant destination that enhances community identity and regional appeal. The revitalized park opened in September, bringing people together in nature at the heart of a growing community.

Expanding Our Cincinnati Reach
We are doubling down on our commitment to the Cincinnati region. In addition to our northern Cincinnati headquarters, we're opening an Over-the-Rhine office this fall. This location within Cincinnati’s urban core will strengthen our collaboration with downtown design teams and allow us to stay rooted in the soul of Cincinnati.
