Program Overview

It’s probably safe to say that most architects didn’t choose the profession to become salespeople. It may even be true that doing sales is a necessary evil to get to do the work you’re passionate about - designing beautiful, functional spaces. This session will show you how to tap into your passion for design so you can communicate the true value you deliver to your clients in a compelling way while creating a professional sales approach that will produce consistent results.

Presented by AIA Cincinnati's Custom Residential Architects Network (CRAN) and hosted by Marvin/Marsh. The deadline for registration is January 10, 2025.

Speaker

Paul Bauscher, Co-Founder, Conduit

Paul’s passionate belief and personal experience is that your business can serve your life and values instead of the other way around. For over 20 years, this has driven Paul as a business owner and feeds his commitment to helping owners realize their vision for life and business.

Paul owned and operated a successful construction and remodeling business for more than 23 years and had a successful exit in 2020.  Like every small business owner he wore a lot of hats and was challenged to balance it all. These struggles and those of his friends fueled his interest in becoming a coach to small business owners.

Paul began EnSight Coaching to help all business owners lead a business and a life they love. It is possible, and yes it's hard work, but with a coach in your corner you can build the business you always dreamed of and reignite your entrepreneurial fire.

Paul has volunteered as a Conduit coach for years and now has joined the team to grow our impact on small trades business owners.
