Program Overview

A panel of Construction Manager at Risk users will educate fellow built environment professionals on working better together on projects to make sure they are completed on time and (hopefully) under budget. Panelists include a project owner, architect, and general contractor discussing best practices, wins, and overcoming obstacles together. A construction attorney will define Construction Manager at Risk and clarify misperceptions. The conversation will provide in-depth insights from a real-world case study exploring the experiences and lessons learned. This program is ideal for architects, project managers, construction managers, and other professionals involved in the planning, design, and execution of construction projects. It is particularly beneficial for those seeking to enhance their understanding of Construction Manager at Risk.
