Program Overview

Join your colleagues and friends for a day of golf followed by lunch, prizes, and more! The outing will be held at Glenview Golf Course whose traditional layout and small elevated greens add some challenge to the game.

The AIA Cincinnati Golf Outing helps support chapter programs that benefit the local architectural community including continuing education, professional development, and local advocacy efforts.

Bundle packages are available in advance ($25 each) and include one (1) Move-up, two (2) Mulligans, and three (3) door-prize tickets. (one per golfer allowed)

Cost

Individual Golfers (you will be assigned a foursome)

$100: AIA Emeritus, Fellow, or Associate members (must provide member number at registration)

$125: AIA members (must provide member number at registration)

$175: Non-members

$25: Happy Hour Reception only (come at 3:30 for networking and appetizers; includes one drink ticket)


Foursomes

$440: AIA foursome (at least two AIA members, must provide member number at registration)

$640: non-member foursome

Additional Notes

All players must complete the Waiver and Release form, which will be emailed the Monday before the event. Please return the completed form before 5pm on June 15 to facilitate check-in. Any COVID restrictions will be communicated to participants in advance of the event.

ALL golf cart operators MUST have a valid Driver’s License. No more than two participants are allowed in a golf cart at any one time. Golf carts must remain on paths at all times.

Proper golf attire is required. No cutoff shorts, tee shirts, gym wear or other unsuitable clothing, as determined by Club Management, will be permitted on the course. Non-metal spiked golf shoes or non-healed non-spiked sport shoes are required. Each player MUST have his/her own golf clubs and golf bag. The Club is not responsible for items left on property during or following the Event.

The course management will make weather determinations for the event. A delay in the start of play or a suspension in play may occur when severe weather is in the area. The length of the delay or suspension will be determined by the weather and course conditions. Course management may reduce the amount of holes in order to meet other scheduled commitments. Should the event be canceled due to weather, every effort will be made to reschedule; refunds will not be given if the event is rescheduled.

Registrations and sponsorships are not tax-deductible but may be eligible to deduct as a business expense.
