Session 1: Beginning your 2030 Journey
This one hour session will provide participants with an introduction to the Cincinnati 2030 District and the four pillars (Energy, Water, Transportation, and Health). Participants will hear from four current 2030 District building members through a panel discussion to hear why the District was a fit for their building(s), how they created a plan for building improvement action steps, and what they have been able to accomplish to date.

Learning Objectives
Describe the Cincinnati 2030 District and the 4 Pillars.
Compare and contrast why current District members have chosen to join the common mission of a 50% reduction in Energy, Water, and Transportation, and make strides towards improving the health & well-being of building occupants.
Identify how tracking building data can be utilized to inform building management as well as aid in planning future building improvements and infrastructure retrofits.
Discuss District members’ complete building upgrades including planning, partnerships, and measures for success.
Session 2: Strategies to meet the Cincinnati 2030 District Goals
This 1.5 hour session will provide participants with a deep dive into the Cincinnati 2030 District and the four pillars (Energy, Water, Transportation, and Health). Participants will hear from five current 2030 District Building Members and/or Professional Partners through a panel discussion to learn about their completed building improvement strategies, positive impacts on the built environment, and what future innovations are being evaluated.
Advance registration required. 1.5 LU/HSW.
Learning Objectives
Understand how CSR and ESGs can be established or how established goals and metrics can be achieved through 2030 District support.
Learn about methods of tracking and achieving building water use reductions, as well as future innovation in water technology and system monitoring.
Understand how the city is helping to bridge the transportation gap by creating an interconnected system by meeting building owners and users where they are and aiding them in making incremental change towards a 50% reduction in transportation.
Hear how to integrate LEED, WELL, and Net Zero goals within a single building renovation. Learn why creating a common set of goals upfront is critical and how to balance sustainability and health and wellness goals with the project budget and schedule.
