June 2026: Newly Licensed Architect

AIA Cincinnati congratulates member Drew Ousley, who recently passed his ARE exams to become a licensed architect, moving from Associate AIA to full AIA! Kudos for your hard work and impressive accomplishments!

Drew is a recently Registered Architect in the state of Ohio and practices at ESMRWA Architects. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Kentucky and his Master of Architecture from the University of Cincinnati. Drew began working at RWA in 2023 upon graduation which merged with ESM in 2025. He is currently a licensed drone pilot and a LEED Green Associate. He aims to become a LEED AP BD+C soon.

Beyond work, Drew serves on the AIA Cincinnati Board of Directors as the Associate Director and as the Board Liaison to the Early Professionals Committee. He strives to better the chapter, promote participation, and encourage others to pursue licensure.

Outside of architecture, he greatly enjoys spending time with his lovely wife and son. He loves sharing meals, conversation, music, and walks with his family. His passion for his home life is the source of his love for residential design and inspires the spaces he creates for clients.
