May 2022: Newly Licensed Architects

AIA Cincinnati congratulates member Alex Oetzel who recently passed her ARE exams to become a licensed architect, moving from Associate AIA to full AIA! Kudos for your hard work and impressive accomplishments!

Alexandra is engaged in a variety of work from small-scale ADUs in Texas to community art centers in Ohio. She believes architecture should be humorous and imaginative, especially at its most serious and critical moments. Alex enjoys reading, mid-day napping, and gossiping with her cat about the latest architectural dramas. In addition to leading the AIA Cincinnati strategic plan action team for Architecture Month, Alex is finishing her term as an Associate Director to the AIA Ohio board.
