Program Overview
Downtown is buzzing with transformation—and you’re invited to step inside the action! Join ULI Cincinnati, AIA Cincinnati, NAIOP, and 3CDC for an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at three of the city’s most exciting projects: the newly reimagined Cincinnati Convention Center, the reinvented Saks building, and the iconic Chong building.
This is more than just a tour—it’s your chance to see how bold vision and creative redevelopment are reshaping the heart of our city. From stunning design details to fresh community spaces, these projects are rewriting what downtown Cincinnati looks and feels like.
Don’t just hear about the changes. Come experience them first-hand—and see what’s next for the Queen City. We will be gathering following the tours for additional networking at Vintage on Race.

Tour Guide:
Simon Kaiser- Senior Development Associate, 3CDC - Cincinnati Center City Development Corporation
Simon Kaiser serves as a Development Officer at 3CDC, Cincinnati’s premier nonprofit real-estate development and urban revitalization organization. In his role, Simon helps lead and manage complex redevelopment initiatives across downtown Cincinnati and Over-the-Rhine. He is one of the project managers for the renovation of the former Duke Energy Convention Center, guiding the project from conceptual design through construction. Simon holds a degree from the University of Cincinnati’s Carl H. Lindner College of Business. At 3CDC, he works alongside a multidisciplinary team to reimagine urban.
