Program Overview

AIA Cincinnati is excited to provide a tour of the Motz Group Office Headquarters designed by Champlin | EOP Architecture and completed in 2023. Located in the heart of the Village of Newtown, this adaptive reuse focused project was the recipient of a 2023 CDA Honor award in the Large-Scale Building category and was also a 2024 AIA Ohio Award winner. 

The event will start with a 30-minute presentation by Champlin | EOP featuring images and discussion of the construction process, focused on the adaptive reuse challenges of transforming from an abandoned warehouse into a new office headquarters. At the conclusion of the presentation, there will be a short Q&A followed by the walking tour of interior and exterior spaces.

Space is limited for this tour. Advance registration is required by August 22.
