Program Overview

This session reviews the changes from LEED v4 to LEED v5 through the lens of a hotel project that was certified under LEED v4 BD+C. We will review the updates to credit requirements, metrics, and pathways between the two rating system versions, and look at how the case study project would perform if it were to pursue LEED v5 certification. Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of the updates incorporated into LEED v5, and how these changes will affect real-world commercial projects.

Presented by AIA Cincinnati’s Committee on the Environment (COTE).

Speaker

Carl Sterner, AIA, Sol design + development
