Program Overview

Adjacent to historic downtown Montgomery, the Montgomery Quarter is creating a gateway destination development easily accessible from the Ronald Reagan Highway. This $350 million dollar mixed-use development is being developed by Brandicorp and Neyer Properties. KZF Design provided architectural, interior design and engineering design services for the office and retail buildings at this development, including Building 2A which is currently under construction.

Phase I of the project is complete and features two office buildings, 128-room hotel with 5,000 SF of banquet space and restaurants, two parking garages and retail space with restaurants built around a new community green. Phase II is now under construction and includes approximately 239 additional luxury apartments. Future plans include additional commercial opportunities, entertainment options, and public gathering spaces that will further enhance the experience for residents and visitors alike

Hear how KZF, Branicorp, and Neyer worked with the City of Montgomery to build on the community’s history to design a development to support the future needs and goals of the city. The tour will provide a first-hand experience on how the project maintains a walkable, village feel while providing a variety of services and amenities. The connections between historic and new Montgomery, design decisions, and overall project concept will be shared.

After the tour, continue the conversation with a happy hour at The Livery.

Presented by AIA Cincinnati’s Urban Design Community.
