Program Overview

Although almost half of the students in architectural programs in the US are women, only 17% of registered architects are women. In the construction industry, only 9.9% of workers in all roles. Women working in male dominated industries may face challenges being heard. This session will help you find your voice as you navigate your career in the building industry.

This session will be led by Elle Zimmerman, a confidence and clarity coach and Certified Enneagram Facilitator with Beyond Consulting. She’ll help you develop credibility, increase your confidence, and hone your communication skills.

Join us at 5 for networking and refreshments. The program will begin promptly at 5:30 and run for an hour, with more time to connect with colleagues after.
