Program Overview
ULI Cincinnati and AIA Cincinnati have partnered for an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the highly anticipated District at Deerfield Phase 3 development. This vibrant, mixed-use development spans 28 acres at the heart of Deerfield Township. Phase 3 of the District at Deerfield includes two mixed-use, podium buildings with first floor commercial retail space and a total of 125 residential apartments above. Jeni's splendid Ice Cream is the first tenant - stop by and enjoy an ice cream cone before or after the event! (see map below) Other planned restaurants include 101 Craft Kitchen, Bakersfield, the Eagle, and Pins Mechanical. These popular destinations are organized around a central Town Square which includes a bandshell, fountain, and open green space for the community to gather and host events. Fifty West Brewery fronts the west side of the square. The square will also host a skating rink in the winter months.
Join the developer, Ryan Silverman for a pre-opening tour of the first completed mixed-use building and the Town Square. The event will conclude with a happy hour at Fifty West.

Speaker
Ryan Silverman is Vice President of Silverman and Company, Inc., a multi-faceted commercial real estate developer based in Cincinnati, Ohio specializing in the development, leasing and management of retail, office and multi-family properties. Ryan oversees Silverman and Company, Inc.’s commercial real estate portfolio and has extensive experience in site acquisition, zoning, development, financial modeling/underwriting, leasing and management. Prior to joining Silverman and Company, Inc., Ryan worked in the commercial real estate industry in Chicago, Illinois for Arthur Andersen LLP and First Industrial Realty Trust.
Ryan’s community engagement has included volunteering at the Blind Service Association in Chicago, IL, serving as a Board Member and Treasurer of JVS Careers in Cincinnati, Ohio and serving on the Board of the Deerfield Township, Ohio Community Investment Corporation. Ryan is a graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School Business.
