2023 CRANawards Jury Chair

Scott Crowe, AIA

Scott Crowe, AIA, has detailed thoughtfully crafted homes over the past 25 years as Chief Technical Officer of SHAFER CROWE KUECK | Architecture + Design LLC. He makes sure the level of craft and design is consistent on every project, that the idea is faithfully delineated in construction documents, and that the contractor stays true to the intent of the design. Scott strives to create spaces that are uniquely fitted to their clients and help them delight in life at home.

Scott received his Master of Architecture from Harvard's Graduate School of Design in 1995, and a Bachelor of Architecture at North Carolina State University in 1986.

Scott is on the Steering Committee of AIA Chicago Custom Residential Architects Network (CRAN), and a founding member of the Maxwell Street Community Garden in the near west side of Chicago.
