Architecture in our region is at an inflection point — and AIA Cincinnati members have the opportunity to define what comes next.

Join us for an interactive Member Action Workshop where we’ll build a shared roadmap around three opportunity-driven priorities:

• Elevating the value of architects in our region

• Modernizing practice and strengthening career pathways

• Expanding our civic leadership and community impact

This is a hands-on, small-group working session designed to turn ideas into action. Together, we’ll identify practical initiatives, measurable goals, and member-led efforts that strengthen our profession.

If you care about the long-term influence, sustainability, and leadership of architects in Cincinnati — this is your opportunity to help design that future.
