February 2023: Newly Licensed Architects

AIA Cincinnati congratulates members Madison Gilmore and Clarissa Leidenheimer who recently passed their ARE exams to become licensed architects, moving from Associate AIA to full AIA! Kudos for your hard work and impressive accomplishments!

Madison Gilmore, AIA

As a Project Architect, Madison focuses on driving multidisciplinary projects through the architectural process starting from early design discussions, translating into documentation and the build environment. Madison enjoys collaborating with clients to ensure needs are met in both the design and construction phases for each project. In the past 7 years she has grown an expertise in Retail, Mixed-Use, and Workplace. In addition to her architecture background, Madison is inspired by the Entrepreneurship community at Miami University and through local organizations like Startup Cincy. Madison prides herself as a design thinker, always motivated to combine good design with great ideas.

Clarissa Leidenheimer, AIA
Project Architect
Woolpert

Clarissa was born and raised in Cincinnati and completed her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Kentucky. She has been with Woolpert for 11 years and has worked in both the engineering and architecture fields. She has collaborated on a variety of commercial projects in various markets, including federal government, aviation, parks and recreation, and private development.  When not at work, Clarissa enjoys spending time with her husband, their children and dog Brutus. Her family is very involved with their church and provides a home to foster children.
