Abigail is a recently Registered Architect in the state of Ohio with a passion for the built environment. While she has always loved traveling and will take any chance she can to explore a new city, Abby has a deep love for Cincinnati - the true Queen City - which took root during her time at DAAP. Through the co-op program at the university, she gained experience working in architecture firms on both the east and west coasts of the United States, which helped to cultivate her enthusiasm for the intersection of architecture and preservation of the existing built environment.

Abigail graduated from the University of Cincinnati in May 2020 and was honored as the Outstanding Graduating Student of her program. She spent a year working at a small, women-run firm here in Cincinnati, before choosing a graduate program that would allow her to focus on both architecture and preservation. After two incredible years in New Orleans at Tulane University, Abigail completed her Master of Architecture in May 2023. She then returned home to Cincinnati to spend a semester completing her Preservation Practicum, which focused on the renovation and adaptive reuse of two historic skyrises in Toledo, Ohio. She completed her Master of Preservation Studies in December 2023. While she constantly misses New Orleans, Abby has been greatly enjoying living in East Walnut Hills and working in Over-the-Rhine - two neighborhoods enriched in culture with quite a bit of gorgeous historic architecture to explore.

When she is not working or wandering around taking pictures of buildings, you can find Abby volunteering with Cincinnati Preservation and helping to coordinate their newly renewed Young Preservationists initiative. She also enjoys weekly dance classes, attending musicals and performances, trying the countless new restaurants that are constantly popping up throughout the city, and bouncing around coffee shops and wine bars to simply sit and enjoy time with a good book. Abigail currently works at PWWG Architects and enjoys the variety of projects, but especially those that involve bringing new life to historic structures.
