Program Overview

A Round Table discussion on the issues and strategies facing residential design professionals, from three perspectives: two architects, two general contractors and two building material suppliers: the three central pillars of custom residential housing.

We’re all experiencing an abundance of clients and work. We’re also experiencing rising costs, for materials and for labor, labor shortages, delivery delays, demanding clients with high expectations, supply chain issues and inflationary pressures. How are architects successfully working with general contractors and building material suppliers to continue to meet clients’ expectations for their projects?
