We are currently seeking an Architect with experience in retail design to join our headquarters in West Chester in a new position, Production Design Manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for architecture, experience in retail environments and with AutoCad, and enjoy coaching and mentoring junior detailers/draftsmen. Our Production Design Manager will assess our current processes and procedures and then recommend and implement improvements for the team as we continue our move towards an agency business model. Our growing list of retail clients include T-Mobile, Polaris, Best Western and BRP. One of our recent projects was a 17,000 square feet trade show booth. So, not only did we design and build a 17,000 square foot "building", we need it to break down, ship and be put back together in day or so. Now that's a challenge!
